The FN 509 MRD FOS is patterned after the handgun chosen by the LAPD. With an FDE PVD finish, factory-milled slide, this limited run includes five magazines. Upgrades include the flat-faced precision trigger; FN Low-Profile Optics-Mounting System; front fiber optic sight (FOS) co-witnesses with most MRDs, for a clear sight picture, day or night; adaptable optics mounting platform allows rapid installation of the most common MRDs; smooth, drop-safe trigger has a positive wall before a clean break and a target-crowned, hammer forged barrel. Includes 5 10rd magazines, ballistic case, four MRD mounting plates and two backstraps.
